WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Beginning with a little meditation and Pranayama for grounding and to release any tensions from your week so far.

  • Then you will be guided through a series of supported Yin postures while receiving hands-on Thai Yoga Massage intended to ease your physical being and release tensions and stress.

  • We will finish with Yoga Nidra to help you absorb the benefits of the Yin Yoga and Thai Massage

  • Perfect for anyone looking to slow down and go within, as well as those who are struggling with stress and sleep dysfunction
